How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Digitalelite Restoration should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Digitalelite Restoration
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that is unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, and service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. But Digitalelite Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@digitalelite.world. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.

Tell us what happened
Send a request for an estimate, or email contact@digitalelite.world. A local provider in our network follows up. Digitalelite Restoration refers the job. The provider does it.
